Traditional flavors with a dash
of modern boldness
A space where the morning sun quietly welcomes you and the evening glow bids you farewell. A space filled with light, tranquility, and energy, nestled within centuries-old stone walls. It is here—in the section of the old house that the original owners chose as the heart of their home at the beginning of the last century—that our kitchen now takes shape. A place where history meets a passion for gastronomy. The owner, who also leads the kitchen as Chef de Cuisine, infuses every dish with not only her experience but also her personal enthusiasm, an eye for detail, and a deep respect for ingredients. We cook using minimal flour—often none at all; the flavors we create are no accident, but the result of culinary skill, time-honored techniques, and high-quality natural ingredients. We grow our own herbs right beneath the windows by a centuries-old well, nourished by its beneficial waters. It is precisely these small details that lend our dishes their authenticity, purity, and natural lightness. Every dish is the product of the joy of cooking, respect for the setting, and a desire to offer our guests an exceptional gastronomic experience.

With a love for the place, the ingredients, and the wine
Every day is different, and every day has its own theme. We craft our weekly menu like a story, where each day possesses its own mood, inspiration, and flavor profile. Each day, we prepare a set three-course menu that changes according to the theme. We draw inspiration from global cuisine—its diversity, techniques, and flavors—adapting it to remain rooted in Moravian tradition, local ingredients, and our own culinary signature. The result is a selection of dishes that are approachable and honest, respecting the seasonality of ingredients while offering a touch of discovery. The menu is designed to be light, harmonious, and rich in flavor—from the very first bite to the final note. Thus, every day offers a new experience, a new combination of flavors, and a fresh perspective on a cuisine that draws inspiration from the world with an open mind, yet always returns home—to Moravia.
