Dear Guests,
We need to collect and store certain data, both because we are required to do so by law and so that we can provide our services to you. Thanks to this data, we can also get to know you better, find out what interests you and what you need. This allows us to take better care of you and improve our services.
First and last name, email address, phone number, and dates of stay, based on the submitted reservation form, a written reservation sent to info@penzionuhradku.cz, or a phone call. The Controller will process personal data manually, either personally or through a family member.
The Controller will process personal data for the duration of the contract and, after the termination of the contractual relationship, for the period specified by applicable legislation.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data processed by the Controller, to have it corrected or deleted, or to restrict its processing, and the right to object to the processing.
The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Controller the personal data concerning the data subject that the data subject has provided to the Controller. Upon request by the data subject, the Controller will provide the data subject with the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or, at the data subject’s request, will provide it to another clearly identified controller. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed by automated means.
The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries.
If the data subject believes that their personal data is being processed unlawfully, they may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
